Norman Osborn EDHREC
Norman Osborn EDHREC is the transforming scientist from Marvel's Spider-Man, released 26 September 2025. He is blue, black, and red, costs {U}{B}{R}, and becomes Green Goblin.
Connive, then mayhem
Norman Osborn can't be blocked. Whenever he deals combat damage to a player, he connives: draw a card, discard a card, and if you discarded a nonland, put a +1/+1 counter on him. {1}{U}{B}{R} transforms him at sorcery speed.
Green Goblin has flying and menace. Spells you cast from your graveyard cost {2} less. Each nonland card in your graveyard has mayhem, and the mayhem cost equals its mana cost. The front side fills the graveyard through connive. The back side casts from that graveyard.
One page, both faces
EDHREC uses the front-face slug: https://edhrec.com/commanders/norman-osborn. Rates there are lists that chose this card as commander, so they already assume both faces. A card that only works once you can cast from the graveyard will still show up if those lists run it. Check the mana cost against blue, black, and red before you add it.

Questions
What colors is Norman Osborn?
Blue, black, and red, on both faces. He costs {U}{B}{R} on the front.
What does Green Goblin add?
Flying, menace, a {2} discount on spells cast from your graveyard, and mayhem on each nonland card in your graveyard.
Is connive combat damage?
The connive trigger requires combat damage from Norman. The card draw and discard are not themselves commander damage. Commander damage is the combat damage total, and 21 from him loses that player the game.
