Court Mage against Dancing Mad

Kefka, Court Mage costs {3}{U}{B}{R}. Whenever he enters or attacks, each player discards a card, then you draw a card for each card type among the cards discarded that way. {8} forces each opponent to sacrifice a permanent and transforms him into Kefka, Ruler of Ruin, who has flying and draws you a card for each life an opponent loses on your turn.

Kefka, Dancing Mad costs {5}{B}{R} and has indestructible on your turn. At your end step you exile a random card from each opponent's graveyard and may cast any number of those cards without paying their mana costs. Each opponent who owned one of those spells loses life equal to its mana value.

The color identities do not match. Court Mage can run blue. Dancing Mad cannot. An EDHREC average list for one Kefka will recommend blue wheels and counters that are illegal under the other.

How players read the page

Both cards care about cards leaving other players' hands or graveyards, so wheels, discard, and mill show up for reasons that are easy to see on the card. High inclusion still only means other public lists agreed. Your playgroup's bracket, not the percentage, decides whether a free cast from a graveyard is the game you wanted.
