Jin Sakai costs {1}{W}{U}{B}. Whenever he deals combat damage to a player, you draw a card. Whenever a creature you control attacks a player, if no other creatures are attacking that player, choose one: Standoff gives it double strike until end of turn, or Ghost makes it unblockable this turn.

The attack trigger is per player, not per combat. Two creatures can both get the bonus if they attack two different players. Two creatures attacking the same player get nothing from this ability. Lists built around him tend to send single attackers at each opponent rather than one wide swing at the table.

Using the commander page

EDHREC will surface evasive creatures, extra combats, and equipment because the card draws only when damage lands and the bonus asks for a lone attacker. Those rates describe other Esper lists. They do not add red or green to his identity.

Commander damage still matters. 21 combat damage from Jin Sakai himself, tracked across zone changes, loses that opponent the game. The draw trigger and the 21 are separate: tokens and other attackers do not add to his commander-damage total.
