What she does

Auntie Ool costs {1}{B}{R}{G}. Her ward cost is Blight 2: the warding player puts two -1/-1 counters on a creature they control. Whenever one or more -1/-1 counters are put on a creature, you draw a card if you control that creature. If you do not, its controller loses 1 life.

One event that puts several counters still counts as one trigger, because the ability says 'one or more'. Spreading single counters across creatures creates more draw and drain events than stacking them on one creature.

Reading her EDHREC page

Cards that hand out -1/-1 counters, persist, and wither sit next to her because the rules text asks for those counters. A high inclusion rate means public Jund lists agreed. It does not mean the card is legal in a Sultai deck that merely also uses counters of a different kind. +1/+1 counters do not trip this trigger.

Bracket talk still applies. A compact combo that ends the game on turn 4 is a different agreement from a combat deck that shrinks blockers. EDHREC filters for bracket are there so the average list is not your only view.
